Trilingual book of poetry (English, Inuktitut, French)

In this first collection of poetry, the author brings together several poems that she has presented in recent years, most of them during “spoken word” or oral poetry evenings. Her poems describe colonization and violence, in a rich imagery that evokes the Inuit territory, family relationships and social observation.

Mainly in English, with some poems in Inuktitut and a poem translated into French by Richard Desjardins.

With a foreword by Elwood Jimmy.
