Rankin, Sharon

Sharon Rankin is a liaison librarian in the Humanities and Social Sciences Library at McGill University in Montréal, Québec. She has an MLIS, McGill University (1981), Honours Year, Sociology, Dalhousie University (1978) and a BSc. Psychology, Dalhousie University (1977). Her research interests focus on special collections and Canadian Inuit studies. She is the editor of A Bibliography of Canadian Inuit Periodicals (2011) and its accompanying CanInuit web site. She has published in RBM: A Journal of Rare Books, Manuscripts, and Cultural Heritage, OCLC Systems & Services: International digital library perspectives and Practical Academic Librarianship: The International journal of the SLA Academic Division.
