French translation of the novel Split Tooth

Novel of autobiographical inspiration mixing myth and reality, poetry and prose, about the childhood in the 1970s of a pregnant girl in Nunavut. The beauty of the place mixes with the ravages caused by alcohol and violence. Spirits and animals are also present. The author is an internationally known Inuit artist who incorporates throat singing, among other things, into her musical pieces.

This book was translated into French by Sophie Voillot.
